These terms form a binding agreement between you, the member, and FB7. They apply to all use of the platform, including browsing, registration, gaming, betting, and any interaction with the account management area. Any activity that takes place through your account while you are logged in is your responsibility, unless you have reported a security breach to FB7 in advance of that activity occurring.
Members are expected to use the FB7 platform in good faith and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is not permitted:
FB7 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected and to take appropriate action, including suspension or permanent closure of the account.

The FB7 name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of the platform. Use of these marks without authorisation is not permitted.
FB7 provides the platform on an as-available basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep the platform operational and accessible, FB7 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from technical errors at all times.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the withdrawal procedures, subject to verification requirements being met. Accounts closed due to a breach of these terms may not be eligible for a balance refund.
